Pasta with Sausage, Basil, and Mustard

Ingredients
- 12 oz penne or shells or spirals
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 5 hot Italian sausages
- 3/4 cup white wine
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 3 tbsp grainy mustard
- Pinch of red pepper?
- 1 cup thinly sliced basil

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook pasta in large pot of salted water and drain
2. Heat olive oil in skillet and brown sausage.
3. Add wine and reduce by half
4. Add the cream, mustard and red pepper and simmer for 2 minutes.
5. Remove skillet from heat, add pasta and basil and toss
