Ingredients
- 1 white sugar cube
- 3 dashes orange bitters
- 1/2 ounce St-Germain elderflower liqueur
- 5 ounces dry Prosecco
- Twisted orange peel strip, for garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Drop a sugar cube into a coupe and soak it with orange bitters. Add St-Germain elderflower liqueur and top with dry Prosecco. Twist a strip of orange peel over the glass, run it around the rim and drop it in the glass.
