Sauce: Gorganzola

Ingredients

  • 1 quart heavy cream
  • 1 large wedge of gorganzola cheese 4 0z
  • 3 tablespoons parmesean salt
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

In a heavy saucepan boil the cream then let simmer for 45 minutes until thickened then add cheese. Mountain Gorganzola is the best. Add the rest of the ingredients.
