• 2 lbs squash
• 1 Onion Saute'd
• 1 C Mayo
• 3/4 Sleeve Ritz crackers
• 1 1/2 C sharp chedder

Step 1

Peel and cube squash, saute' onion,mix in cheese and crackers. Mix all up, put in casserole dish top w/ 1 1/4C of crackers and more cheese if you want. Bake 30 or so min until squash is tender, at 350deg
