Sun Dried Tomato Dipping Oil (Bravo)

Ingredients

  • 1 qt. Olive Oil
  • 16 oz. can Tomato Paste
  • 1/4 cup Rosemary
  • 1/4 cup Thyme
  • 1/4 cup Basil
  • 5 oz. Sun Dried Tomato
  • 1/4 cup Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 cup Parsley
  • 2 tbsp. Salt & Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil in sauce pot.
Add herbs and heat for 3 minutes.
Remove from heat and strain out the herbs.
Add remaining ingredients and mix in a blender
Refrigerate.
Good for one week.
One part base to four parts oil.
