Ingredients
- 1 large can pineapple juice (2 qt)
- 1 large bottle soy sauce (16 oz)
- 1 large bottle Worcestershire sauce (15 oz)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 goodly-sized piece of ginger
Preparation
Step 1
Amounts are approximate. Chop up ginger in food processor. Mix together. Let meat soak overnight or for 24 hours; no need to turn but I do recommend putting a cloth or paper towel on top to ensure that the floaters get covered.
Marinate beef and chicken separately. Marinate chicken last.
