Ingredients
- 8-10 lb. pork butt
- 3 sweet onions
- 40 oz. Jack Daniels Original BBQ Sauce
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 Aluminum Foil Pan (stacked for strength)

Preparation
Step 1
Salt and pepper pork butt and place in slow cooker.
Cover with barbecue sauce.
Slice three onions in quarters and separate and place in pot also.
Add crushed garlic in pot.
Cook on low for 8-10 hours or so or until tender.t
When done remove from pot and shred with two forks.
Add fresh barbecue sauce to serve.
