Ingredients
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sriracha
- 1/2 red bell pepper, cut into 12 goatee triangles and 24 horn triangles
- Capers
- Chives, snipped
Preparation
Step 1
Halve eggs lengthwise. In a bowl, mash the yolks, mayo and sriracha; spoon into the egg whites. Place goatees and horns in place. Use capers for eyes and snipped chives for eyebrows.
