Ingredients

  • 2-3 Parsnips
  • 2 Celery Sticks
  • Apple(s) or Pear(s) to taste
  • Try variations in quantities and fruit for fun!

Preparation

Step 1

Always wash foods thoroughly prior to juicing. Cut off brown edges, etc. It is best to use a vegetable peeler on the parsnips. Large parsnips may need to be cut lengthwise prior to pushing them through the juicer - better juice yield.

Parsnips are good for healthy hair, skin and nails.
Celery is a very cleansing, soothing juice with diuretic properties.
Apples not only aid digestion, they lower cholesterol and are excellent for their detoxifying properties.
