Cranberry Quinoa Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups vegetable broth/stock
  • 2 cups quinoa
  • 1 small finely chopped onion
  • 5 finely chopped celery sticks
  • 1/2 cup craisins
  • 1/2 cup chipped walnuts
  • ground white pepper

cook the quinoa and add everything else. maybe saute onion
