Chocolate Swirl Bark

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut butter, melted
  • 6 tablespoons sunflower seed butter
  • 1/3 cup (or more) chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

in a large bowl mix together the coconut butter and sunflower seed butter

pour mixture evenly across the bottom of a 9 x 5-inch silicone loaf pan

melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler

drop dollops of the melted chocolate onto mixture in pan, then swirl with a knife

freeze until hardened then break into pieces. Keep frozen.
