Ingredients
- 2.5 oz Veal cooked
- 2.5 oz Pork cooked
- 3 oz Mortatella
- 3 oz Prosuicotta
- 5 + oz Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbs Butter
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Cook the Veal and Pork in the Butter.
Let cool
Place the Veal, Pork, Mortetelle and Prosuicotta in a food processor, when minced add the cheese, pepper and Nutmeg.
Taste and adjust the Salt if necessary.
Proceed filling your Tortellini or Ravioli
