Ingredients
- 20 oz dates - rough chop
- 5 oz walnuts - toasted and rough chop
- 2 oz. honey
- 1 oz. extra virgin olive oil

Step 1
Place dates in robot coupe and pulsate for a couple of seconds. Once the batch is halfway pureed, add walnuts, honey, and extra virgin oil until everything is well incorporated. Use nonstick spray in a 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 baking pan, spread the date bread around the pan evenly and bake at 325 for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden brown on top. Let cool before cutting.
