Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 3/4 cup salsa (mild, medium or hot your choice)
- 1 package reduced fat crescent roll
- 2 cup light cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Brown the ground chicken
Drain chicken
Mix salsa with chicken
Simmer 5 minutes
Line a pie plate with the crescent rolls
Pour chicken/salsa mixture into pie plate
Cover with cheese
Cook for 25 minutes
