Ingredients
- 6 lb Pork
- 19 oz Red Enchilada Sauce
- 1 20 oz bottle Dr. Pepper
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Garlic salt
- 1 1/2 c Brown sugar
- 1 Tbs. Chopped cilantro

Preparation
Step 1
Cook roast till it pulls apart easily. I cook it in my pressure cooker for about 1 1/2 hours. Mix other ingredients in seperate bowl then pour over meat and mix together.
Serve with cilantro lime rice.
