Ingredients
- for the Vanilla
- I cup Muscat dessert wine
- I vanilla bean.split lengthwise
- 1 garlic clove, lightly crusheil
- I teaspoon olive oil

Step 1
To make the Vanilla Sauce:
Put all the ingredients except the olive oil into a small saucepan and heat gently. so that the liquid reduces slowly to a syrup. Stir in the olive oil and season.
