• for the Vanilla
• I cup Muscat dessert wine
• I vanilla bean.split lengthwise
• 1 garlic clove, lightly crusheil
• I teaspoon olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

To make the Vanilla Sauce:
Put all the ingredients except the olive oil into a small saucepan and heat gently. so that the liquid reduces slowly to a syrup. Stir in the olive oil and season.
