Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 cup onion
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon Cumin
  • 2 cloves Crushed Garlic
  • 4 teaspoons Chili Powder
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 Cups Taco Sauce
  • 12 Torillas
  • 1 pound Monteray Jack Cheese
  • 1 cup Sour Cream

Preparation

Step 1

Brown Hamburg and Onion
Drain Hamburg and Onion
Add Cumin, Garlic, Chili, Salt, Pepper, Water then simmer

In a greased 9 x 13 pan (layer)
Pour 1/2 the Taco Sauce
Add 6 Torillas
Pour 1/2 Taco Sauce
Add Beef Mixture that was simmering
Top with Sour Cream and 1/2 the Monteray Jack Cheese
Add 6 Torillas
Top with the rest of the Monteray Jack Cheese
Cover with Foil
Cook for 40 minutes at 375 degrees
Then remove Foil and bake for 5 minutes
