    teaspoon Pepper

    cup Water

  • 2

    Cups Taco Sauce

  • 12

    Torillas

  • 1

    pound Monteray Jack Cheese

  • 1

    cup Sour Cream

Directions

Brown Hamburg and Onion Drain Hamburg and Onion Add Cumin, Garlic, Chili, Salt, Pepper, Water then simmer In a greased 9 x 13 pan (layer) Pour 1/2 the Taco Sauce Add 6 Torillas Pour 1/2 Taco Sauce Add Beef Mixture that was simmering Top with Sour Cream and 1/2 the Monteray Jack Cheese Add 6 Torillas Top with the rest of the Monteray Jack Cheese Cover with Foil Cook for 40 minutes at 375 degrees Then remove Foil and bake for 5 minutes
