Make A-Head Party Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

• 3 C. water
• 4 Tbs butter
• 1 tsp salt
• 3/4 C. milk
• 8 oz. cream cheese softened
• 8 oz. sour cream
• 1 tsp. garlic powder
• 1 tsp. minced dried onions
• 2 2/3 C. instant potato flakes

Preparation

Step 1

Boil water, salt and butter add milk, sour cream, garlic and onion flakes. Stir in potatoes. Put in greased 2 quart baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
