Grilled Chicken Cordon Bleu

This is the best chicken cordon bleu I have ever tasted.
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
- 6 slices ham
- 3 T. oil
- 3/4 c. bread crumbs
Flatten chicken to 1/4 inch thick or purchase thin chicken. Place a slice of cheese and ham on each to within 1/4 inch of edges. Fold in half; secure with thin metal skewers or toothpick. Brush with oil and roll in bread crumbs. Grill, covered, over medium-hot heat for 15-18 minutes or until juices run clear.
