Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoon malt powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate milk
- dash of salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 cups quick oats
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- Six lets
Preparation
Step 1
1.Melt the butter, sugar, cocoa powder, malt powder, milk, salt, and vanilla over medium heat. Continue to stir until it comes to a boil. Boil for a full minute while you stir. (This helps to melt the sugar down so you end up with creamy cookies.)
2.Remove from the heat and stir in the peanut butter, oats, and coconut until combined. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper lined trays. Press Sixlets into the tops of each cookie. Let cool completely. Store in a sealed container on the counter.
Note:
Work quickly to add the Sixlets. The cookies will set up fast.
