Ingredients

  • 2 lb. (900 g) extra-lean ground beef
  • 1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tsp.red chili flakes
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 1/2 cups salsa, divided
  • 3/4 cup Kraft Tex Mex Shredded Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

HEAT oven to 375°F.

MIX first 6 ingredients and 1 cup salsa just until blended.

SHAPE into loaf in 13x9-inch baking dish; top with remaining salsa.

BAKE 1 hour or until done (160ºF). Top with cheese; bake 5 min. or until melted.
