Ingredients
- 6 pieces chicken
- 20 small fingerling potatoes
- 10 baby carrots
- 10 baby zucchini
- 10 baby red bell peppers
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cubes frozen garlic
- 1 tbsp. paprika
- 1 tbsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
Preparation
Step 1
1. Rinse chicken and pat dry, put in roasting pan.
2. Prepare oil and spices in bowl, add vegetables, Pour into pan. Spread left over oil mixture on top of chicken.
3. Bake at 350 degrees covered for 2 hours, and for another 1/2 hour uncovered
