Ingredients

    tablespoon olive oil

  • 2

    Teaspoons Taco Seasoning

  • 1

    garlic clove, minced

  • 3

    ounces steak strips

  • 1 1/2

    cups sliced green and red bell peppers

  • 1/2

    cup sliced onion

  • whole-grain tortillas

  • 1/4

    cup water

  • sour cream

  • Salsa

Directions

In a skillet, saute olive oil, 1 tsp taco seasoning, and garlic for 1 minute over medium heat. Add steak strips and cook about 5 minutes. Add pepper and onion, additional tsp of taco seasoning and water. cook for another 10 minutes. Place mixture in tortillas and fold. Add Salsa and Sour cream to taste.
