Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2-3 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1/4 C ketchup
- 1/4 C barbecue sauce
- 1 T firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 T worcestershire sauce
- 1 T vinegar
- 1 t dry mustard
- salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
In a large skillet, brown ground beef, onion, celery. Drain the fat.
Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer, covered, for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
If joes appear too loose, leave cover off and let moisture evaporate.
Serve on toasted buns with slaw.
