Ingredients
- 8 oz. pkg cream cheese
- 3 Tbs butter, softened
- 21/2-3 c. Powdered sugar, sifted
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Beat cream cheese & butter in large bowl @ medium speed 1 minute or until smooth & fluffy. At low speed, beat in 21/2 cups of sugar, adding additional sugar until desired consistency (frosting will be soft). Beat in cinnamon & vanilla. Cover & refrigerate 30 min. Or until chilled. Serve @ room temperature.
