Egg Dish

Ingredients

  • 1 pound roll sausage (I used Turkey Sausage links and cut them up)
  • 2 slices of Bread cut into 1/2 cubes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 eggs (I used egg beaters)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • I also added sautéed mushrooms and onions to the sausage.

Preparation

Step 1

Cook sausage (mushrooms and onions) and drain fat
Spread bread in a greased 11X7 baking dish
Top with sausage (mushrooms & onions) and cheese
Whip eggs, salt, milk and mustard
Pour over cheese and sausage

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes
