Ingredients
- 1 Whole Sea Bream (1-1.5 lbs)
- Olive Oil
- 1 Lemon
- Fresh Flat Parsley
- Fresh Rosemary
- Crushed Garlic
- Salt and Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cut two slits on both sides of fish.
2. Put salt inside large cavity and slits.
3. Lather with olive oil outside and inside.
4. Cut 4 slices of lemon, put 2 slices on inside.
5. Place handful of crushed parsley and a sprig of rosemary inside the fish. Make sure to twist the rosemary to get its oils out.
6. Put about a tsp of crushed garlic inside the fish.
7. Put remaining lemon, along with a teaspoon or so of garlic, parsley and rosemary on top of the fish.
8. Sprinkle a generous amount of salt on top
9. Cook at 400 for about 15-20 minutes, until meat is white.
