Annette's Fruit Salad

A wonderful addition to Thanksgiving meal or summer time picnic.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. pineapple juice
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 T. cornstarch
  • 1/3 c. lemon juice
  • 1 can pineapple chunks
  • 2 unpeeled apples
  • 2 sliced bananas
  • 1 can manderine oranges
  • 1 can pears
  • 1 can peaches

Preparation

Step 1

Cook & stir first 4 ingredients over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Boil 1 minute. In bowl combine fruit. Pour juice over fruit, chill.
