Ingredients
- Glaze:
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 small package instant pistachio pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 tablespoons milk (more if needed)
Preparation
Step 1
Mix first six ingredients in mixer. Pour 1/3 mix into greased bundt pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 nut mixture. Repeat. Top with batter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool 15 minutes.
Mix glaze ingredients adjusting sugar and/or milk as necessary. Drizzle over cake once it is cooled.
