Rigatoni Red Pepper and Almonds

Ingredients

  • 1 pound rigatoni pasta
  • 3 cups garlic flavored croutons (5 ounces)
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds (1 ounce)
  • 1 cup roasted red bell peppers
  • 3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Boil water over high heat and cook pasta
Place croutons and almonds in food processor
Add the mixture to the hot pasta
Add peppers and olive oil and toss together
