Ingredients

  • Cake:
  • 1 package yellow cake mix
  • 1 package lemon jello
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup oil
  • 3/4 C water
  • Glaze:
  • 1/4 C lemon juice
  • 1 C powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all together. Grease and flour 2 bread pans or 1 rectangular baking dish. Pour batter into pans.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. While still warm, prick hones in the cake with a tooth pick. Mix 1/4 C lemon juice with 1 C powdered sugar. Pour over cake.
