Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped red or green peppers
- 2 cups diced cooked ham
- 3 or 4 cooked potatoes diced(3 cups
- 1/4 cup may
- 1-1/2 cup cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
In a fry pan cook onions, peppers and ham in a little olive oil till meat is lightly brown.
Add potatoes and mayo.
Heat and mix lightly.
Stir in cheese and heat just until it starts to melt
