Ingredients
- 2 servings
- 1 pkg. Lobster ravioli from Tarinis - 12 pieces
- 1/2 bottle cherry tomato sauce (from Regency Bakery)
- 2 - 3 tbsp. Mascarpone, cream cheese or whipping cream
- pinch of dried tarragon
- pinch of hot pepper flakes
- salt and pepper to taste
- grated pecorino or parmigiano, to serve
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley, optional
Preparation
Step 1
Combine sauce ingredients in a small non-stick saucepan and heat gently until homogenized and hot.
Meanwhile, cook frozen ravioli in boiling, salted water until done - just until they float - drain well.
Place the ravioli on plates and spoon over sauce from the pan. Top with Parmesan, garnish with parsley, if desired, and serve.
