RAVIOLI*****Lobster Ravioli

Ingredients

  • 2 servings
  • 1 pkg. Lobster ravioli from Tarinis - 12 pieces
  • 1/2 bottle cherry tomato sauce (from Regency Bakery)
  • 2 - 3 tbsp. Mascarpone, cream cheese or whipping cream
  • pinch of dried tarragon
  • pinch of hot pepper flakes
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • grated pecorino or parmigiano, to serve
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley, optional

Preparation

Step 1

Combine sauce ingredients in a small non-stick saucepan and heat gently until homogenized and hot.

Meanwhile, cook frozen ravioli in boiling, salted water until done - just until they float - drain well.

Place the ravioli on plates and spoon over sauce from the pan. Top with Parmesan, garnish with parsley, if desired, and serve.
