Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 red or yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 3-4 cloves garlic
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 can pumpkin
- 2 cans black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can diced tomatoes, with juice
- 2 tsp. parsley flakes
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 2-3 cups cooked, chopped chicken
- Add fresh cilantro when serving

Put all ingredients in crock pot. Cook on low 5 hrs. or more.
