Garlic Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 1/4 butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 (8 oz) pkg sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup Madeira wine
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat; add garlic, and saute 1 minute. Add mushrooms and saute over high heat until liquid evaporates. Add wine and cook, stirring often, until almost all liquid has evaporated. Stir in parsley, salt and pepper.
