Ingredients
- 5 - 6 roma tomatoes
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
- 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded
- 1 clove garlic
Preparation
Step 1
Chop the roma tomatoes, onion and fresh cilantro. Mince 2 seeded jalapeno peppers and 1 clove garlic. Add 2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice and salt and pepper to taste.
Mix everything together and let sit overnight for the flavors to meld.
