Turkey Gravy for Thanksgiving

Ingredients

  • 3 cups chicken broth, divided
  • 2 T unsalted butter
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 2 cups pan juices
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Combine 1 cup broth, butter and pan juices in a large saucepan and bring to a simmer. Whisk in flour and cook over medium heat until mixture thickens.
Add remaining broth, wine and salt. Let simmer for about 15 minutes.
