Pkg. (26-32 oz.) Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes
Pkg. Jimmy Dean's Sausage Crumbles
Cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
Cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded
Cup Fresh Tomatoes, chopped
Green Onions, sliced
tsp. Black Pepper
Spray 6 quart slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Layer 1/2 of the potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker. Top with 1/2 the sausage, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and green onion. Repeat layers. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper with a wire whisk until well blended. Pour evenly over potato/sausage mixture. Cook on low for 8 hrs. (overnight) or until eggs are set.
