Ingredients
- 24 Chicken wings cut in half with the tips cut off
- 1 Cup sugar
- 1 Cup soy sauce
- 1 Cup water
- 1/2 Cup salad oil
- 1/4 Cup frozen concentrated pineapple juice
- 1 Teaspoon ginger
- 1 Teaspoon garlic salt
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients except the chicken. Marinate the chicken wings in the sauce for 48 hours, stirring occasionally. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour on a foil-lined cookie sheet. Serve with blue cheese and celery sticks.
