- Rib Eye Roast
- brown spicy mustard
- garlic
- salt & pepper

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
2. Infuse roast with garlic, salt & pepper.
3. Rub mustard all over the roast.
4. Place on rack and in roasting pan.
5. Cook at 500 degrees for 7.0 minutes per pound, then let stand in oven for 11 minutes per pound.......don't peek. If you have a thermometer that you can read outside the oven use it…when it reaches the ideal temperature take the roast out.
REMEMBER ONCE YOU CLOSE THE OVEN DOOR DO NOT OPEN IT UNTIL THE ROAST IS DONE.
