Ingredients
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup grated onion
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 1/2 tbsp grated peeled fresh ginger
- 1 tsp ground red pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground tumeric
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 8 skinless, boneless chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp canola oil

Step 1
Combine first 7 ingredients in a bowl, stirring well.
Scrape yogurt mixture into a large ziplock bag.
Add chicken to yogurt mixture in bag, seal.
Marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours.
Remove chicken from bag, discard marinade.
Sprinkle both sides of chicken evenly with salt.
Preheat grill or grill pan to medium high heat.
Brush with oil.
Grill 6 minutes each side or until done.
