Easy Apple Pie

Ingredients
- Topping:
- 5 Cups thinly sliced and peeled apples
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp flour
- 1 tsp grated lemon rind
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 unbaked 9" deep dish pie shell
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp rolled oats
- 3 Tbsp whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp margerine

Preparation
Step 1
Toss apples with lemon juice and set aside
In another bowl combine remaining ingredients. Mix apples in this mixture
Fill pie shell with apple mixture.
Combine the topping ingredients, cut margerine in and sprinkle on top of apples
Bake at 425 for 40 minutes
