  • 1 cup cashews or 3/4 cup raw cashew or almond butter
  • 2/3 cup orange juice (or apple juice)
  • 2 teaspoons Vegizest or no salt seasoning blend
  • option: 1-2 cloves garlic, grated (always an option!)
  • 2 bunches kale leaves, chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons unhulled sesame seeds, (lightly
  • toasted in 200 degree oven for 3 minutes)



Step 1

1.With a wire whisk, combine nut butter, orange juice and herbs.
2.Steam kale for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
3.Combine steamed kale and nut butter mixture.
4. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds
