    T red wine vinegar

    T roasted red peppers, coarsely chopped

    clove smashed garlic

  • 1/2

    t Dijon mustard

  • 3/4

    t minced thyme

  • pinch sugar

  • Salt & pepper

Directions

Cook asparagus til tender; drain well Meanwhile in processor combine oil, vinegar, red pepper, garlic, mustard, thyme, sugar, salt & pepper; blend til smooth. Drizzle 1/3 over asparagus. Reserve dressing to drizzle over broccoli or salads. Cal. 260
