Ingredients
- 2 CHICKEN CUTLETS (DICED)
- 1 PLUM TOMATO (DICED)
- 1 ENVOLOP KNORR BEARNAISE SAUCE
- BUTTER
- 1 CUP ORZO
- 1 CUP FROZEN MIXED ITALIAN VEGTABLES
- 1/2 ONION (DICED & SAUTED)
- 1/4 WHITE WINE
- Panko Bread Crumbs
Preparation
Step 1
1- Cook 1 cup orzo according to package
2- Make bearnaise sauce according to package but reduce milk to 3/4 cup and add 1/4 wine.
3- Mix all ingredients now in a bowl and place in cassarole dish.
4- Microwave 5 mins then stir. Microwave another 5 mins then stir and then sprinkle top with panko bread crumbs.
