TNT Crockpot Taco Soup With Pinto Beans

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 cans (14 oz) pinto beans
  • 1 can (14 oz) tomatoes with chilies
  • 1 can (14 1/2 oz) chopped tomatoes
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 pkg dry hidden valley dressing mix
  • 1 pkg dry taco seasoning mix
  • 1 can (15 1/4 oz) corn, drained (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Brown beef and onions in skillet. Drain. Put all ingredients in the crockpot. Cover. Cook on LOW 4 hours, or until ingredients are heated through. Serve with grated cheese, corn or tortilla chips, & sour cream.
