Zombie Punch

Ingredients

  • 6 c. apple cider
  • 11/2 c.aged dark rum
  • 12 orange slices
  • 12 whole allspice
  • 6 cinnamon sticks
  • Angostura bitters
  • Nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients excet bitters & nutmeg in large saucepan; bring to a boil over medium-heat. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 minutes. To serve, add 2 dashes bitters to each mug; ladle in hot punch. Garnish with freshly grated ginger.
