Chicken - Cutlets [Bk] 'Spicy

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp fat-free Milk
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp dried minced onion
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 4 skinless chicken cutlets

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the egg and milk together in a shallow bowl. In another dish, combine the bread crumbs with the spices. Dip each cutlet in the egg mixture and then roll it in the seasoned crumbs to coat. In a Skillet, heat a teaspoon of olive oil on med-high heat. Then cook the cutlets ~ 4 minutes on each side until the temperature inside the thickest portion is 160 deg. F.
