  • 1/2 cup fresh whole wheat bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons pecans, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 3/4 pound zucchini

Preparation

Step 1

Mix bread crumbs with pecans, garlic, and salt, and toast in pan with olive oil until golden, 4 minutes.

Halve zucchini lengthwise and grill until tender, 8 minutes.

Top with crumbs.
